OYAK MATHS CONTEST AMONG HIGH SCHOOLS
Throughout the year we announced our contest with the support of the Governors, Mayors, National Education Managers of the cities and our schools, we invited the best students of the distinguished state schools. Each team was constituted by 4 students and a team leader (a teacher). We supplied financial contribution to every attending school and awarded every participant. We examined the fresh minds with the questions prepared by TUBITAK and designated the best schools of these 5 cities. For a couple of days before the events we invited the people of the region to our factories and the esteemed teachers of TÜBITAK gave lectures on mathematics.
Then we invited the city winners to Ankara. We hosted them and organised city tours within a designed programme.
